Results Motivate.

“hey, i’m one of the students of ms. isa for the bikini body sessions. honestly, i love the workout she has provided us! at first, hirap na hirap ako sa squats.. pero mejo nanenail down ko na siya complete with weights. sometimes iniisip ko hindi ko kaya, pero kaya ko pala! she has given us our programs already and we did session#3 kanina. I thought after nun magcardio ako like the other 2, hindi pala. tinuruan niya ako magpush-ups.. kase hindi ako marunong! LOL.. still need a lot of practice though.

“anyway for the 3weeks since i’ve started, i’ve lost 7-8 lbs na ata. lumiit na yung hips ko.. unbelievable! unless mali ang measure ko? lol..

“anyway, mga sis if you have time and you really want to be fit, i suggest joining eclipse. especially for the first timers (ako rin first time ever mag-gym), i find the bikini body sessions okay kase you have a semi-personal trainer (kase nga group kayo) better and mas tutok yung training. although, yung mga bago na girls (madaming bago ngayon as in! punuan dun sa women’s area) the other trainers also help them in training.. mas feel ko in my opinion na mas okay yung personal trainer, kase nga mas tutok and you can contact anytime you need lalo na pag food ang pinaguusapan..

“hitting the gym is actually one of the things i never thought i would do, but i’m currently doing it! bukod sa super tumaba ako after the pregnancy (3 yrs na nga pala ang anak ko), i work at home.. so you can imagine how sedentary i am. i don’t go out often and really no form of exercise so hitting the gym is really a good way for me to be physically fit and socialize with my groupmates. :)”

I think that one of the main reasons people give up on a fitness lifestyle is because they don’t see results. No one likes investing in something that won’t give them any tangible returns. Chel’s pretty lucky in the sense that she’s responding really well to the diet and training regimen given to her, despite it only having been 3 weeks. I’m personally quite excited to see what the results will be like after 3 months. πŸ˜€

    Sad but true. When I get asked what was my weight loss secret, I just answered “Patience.”

    Would have loved to join the Bikini Body Sessions, if only I lived or worked closer. πŸ˜‰

      hi, vic! πŸ™‚ patience, indeed! some people expect to see a big difference after just 2 weeks of working out, and are disappointed when they don’t. i guess the whole faster = better mentality still prevails among a lot of people, helped along by ads that declare “i lost xx lbs in xx days!”

      i don’t think you need the bikini body sessions, you’re doing great all on your own! πŸ™‚ i would’ve loved the chance to exchange thoughts and ideas with you in person though!
